Mr. Muir said a lot with that sentence, and for all of his faults (as imperfect as the rest of us, in our own ways) he said and did a lot of great things. I quote him to open the page for the same reason the company is named for Cernunnos. The best thing he did was work to protect the wildlands.
At its core, the Cernunnos Foundation intends to emulate that, but in a broader sense. The wildlands isn’t just nature. It is thought, expression, and all things wild and free.
